Registration & Login
Visit the page Register and complete the registration form with your full name, Malaysian phone number, email address, and password. You'll then need to verify your phone number via an SMS code sent automatically. The whole process takes under three minutes and registration is completely free.
You must be a Malaysian citizen or resident aged 18 and above. You will also need an active Malaysian phone number to receive a verification code. Each individual is only allowed one pr1ma account.
On the page Log In, click the "Forgot Password" link. You will receive a reset link via your registered email or SMS. Follow the instructions in the message to create a new password. If you're still having trouble, contact our support team at [email protected].
A temporary lock is applied automatically as a security measure after several consecutive failed password attempts. Wait around 15 minutes before trying again, or contact the pr1ma support team by email to have your account unlocked right away. Make sure you're using the correct password, or request a reset if needed.
