Pr1ma Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using pr1ma's services. By registering or using our platform, you agree to be bound by all the rules set out herein.

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pr1ma platform (including the website and mobile app), you expressly and implicitly agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pr1ma platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pr1ma as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use this platform.
- Use of this platform is only permitted for individuals who are legally eligible within their respective jurisdictions.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable local laws.
Account Creation & Security
To use pr1ma's full services, you are required to register an account with accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the pr1ma support team immediately at [email protected].
- Pr1ma will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel.
Identity Verification
Pr1ma reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for the purposes of legal compliance, account security, or transaction processing. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a pr1ma user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pr1ma platform:
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform's systems.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's servers and infrastructure.
- Spreading false information, committing fraud, or attempting to deceive other users or pr1ma.
- Using another person's account without valid authorisation.
- Engaging in any activity that could damage the reputation or operations of pr1ma.
- Attempting to transfer or sell your account to another party.
Pr1ma reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the pr1ma platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by the platform, including local online banking and approved e-wallets.
Deposit
- The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
- Deposited funds may only be used for betting and entertainment purposes within the pr1ma platform.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes, depending on the payment method selected.
Withdrawals
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected and may require identity verification.
- Pr1ma reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected or an investigation is ongoing.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each offer. pr1ma reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or void any bonus in cases of abuse or breach of conditions. No bonus may be converted to cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

Pr1ma is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting, service interruptions, or technical errors beyond pr1ma's control. Use of this platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Pr1ma reserves the right to suspend or close any user account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or upon the user's own request. Any balance remaining in an account suspended due to a violation will not be refunded. Users may request voluntary account closure by contacting our support team.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, and software on the pr1ma platform are the exclusive property of pr1ma or its relevant licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from pr1ma.
Third-Party Links
The pr1ma platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. pr1ma is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Pr1ma reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
